MyPhotoSweeper tutorials on how to find and delete duplicate photos / images / pictures on your computer.
Step 1. Click on Add Folder to add the folders that you want to search for duplicate photos under the Search Folders.
Step2. Click on the Scan button at the bottom to start scanning for duplicate photos
Step 3. You will then be brought to the Scan Summary Screen. Under this area, you'll see the number of files being scanned, number of duplicate found, space used, number of duplicate group found, and the estimated time needed to complete the entire scan. It will take a while for the scanning to be completed depending on the number of photos you've added for the search.
Step 4: Click on the Step3. Fix Duplicate button to fix the duplicate photos found.
Step 5. You'll then brought to the Manage Duplicate Photos Screen. Each of the duplicate photo will be grouped accordingly. You can view the preview of the photo by clicking on it.
Step 6. Click on the Manage Duplicates button for the list of actions available.
List of actions available are:
Open the Folder Containing this file
Rename this file
Delete this File
Select All
Select None
Select All Duplicates
Clear Resolve Duplicates from the list
Export All Duplicates List to Clipboard or Text file
Copy Selected Files to Folder
Move Selected Files to Folder
Delete Selected Files
