1. What kind of payment options are accepted?
We accept online payment through major credit cards eg. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Other offline options are via check, money order. We also accept Paypal.
2. I have not received the registered version?
Once your order is approved, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. In the confirmation email, it will contain a download link to the full version. Before installing the full version,please uninstall the trial version and some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder.

4. What are the system requirements for MyPhotoSweeper?
Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 with at least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB harddisk space.
5. I have purchased MyPhotoSweeper and I need to reinstall?
Just send the request to softdiv@softdivshareware.com for reinstallation.
6. How do I uninstall MyPhotoSweeper?
Click on Start Windows - Program Files - MyPhotoSweeper - Uninstall .
7. While installing the full version, I received "File corrupted" message?
Please try again later.
8. Unable to Rename, Delete, Copy, Move Duplicate Photos?
Please make sure you have the neccessary permision to perform the file renaming, deleting, copying, and moving. You can also try to run the software with Administrator rights. Right-click on the program icon and select Run As Administrator.
9. The Result is not accurate enough?
You may run the Settings and increase the accuracy there.
10. MyPhotoSweeper is not working properly?
MyPhotoSweeper runs on Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 with a least 1 GB RAM and 100 MB hard disk space. Please make sure you have neccessary permision to perform file operation actions.
11. How do I know when there is a new version available?

13. My credit card has been declined, what is the problem?
This can be due to a few reasons. Please make sure that you have enter a valid postal code, address, country, state, card number, expiration month/year and etc. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.
14. What is MyPhotoSweeper refund policy?
MyPhotoSweeper is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.

Run the settings and check the option Search Read-Only Files.
