My Video Cutter can supports large file for cutting. It shouldn't be an issue to import large file.
2. I have not received the registered version?

3. What are the system requirements for My Video Cutter?
Windows 7, 8, 10,11 with at least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB harddisk space.
4. File not supported for cutting?
My Video Cutter supports standard and most of the popular video formats. Occasionally, you might face issue to import certain video file for cutting. There are several reasons for this. Most of the time, this is due to you don't have the required codec installed on your pc. Some specially encoded video will require to have the same codec installed before you can edit.

My Video Cutter supports most almost the popular video formats. You can import the following video formats for cutting:

6. Unable to save as MOV?
QuickTime player is needed if you would like to save as MOV video format. Quicktime player is free and available for download at QuickTime player website.
7. What is your refund policy?
My Video Cutter is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.
8. Where is my registered version?
Once your order is approved, you will receive an email with registration details from our E-commerce Payment Processing Service provider, Fastspring. In this email, it will contain a download url to download the registered version. Before installing the registered version, remove all trial version files first. Some old first you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder. After installing the registered version, the program will run without any limitation.

9. The program still in trial mode after installing registered version?
If it happen that the program still in trial version mode after installing the registered, please make sure that you have uninstall all the trial version files before installing the registered version.
Please note that some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder before installing the registered version eg. C:\Program Files\My Video Cutter. If you need further help, please contact softdiv@softdivshareware.com
10. I have lost my software and I need to redownload the full version again?
As long as your purchase is still within a year, you can always request for full version download url. You can send the requet to softdiv@softdivshareware.com
