This looks very handy, but how fast are the conversions?

and whats the quality of them like?

I'm mainly interested in converting avi's to mpeg 1 or 2 so that ithey can be used in TMPGEnc DVD Author to make DVD's with menu's and stuff.

I know this can be done in NeroVision as a single process, but it's sooo damn slow at times compared to some other conversion programs.
