Hey has anyone had any luck getting videozilla to work on a server-side conversion basis?

I'm trying to find a good little app to do what i want and on paper videozilla looks like the one as I have a small amount of videos so I don't want to spend much.

If anyone has any info on how to get it up and running on a web server, please post the info here.

I have recently implemented VideoZilla as an online conversion tool from all supported formats to flv in order to be played on the web.
