i have avi file created with new casio digital camera produc

the camera produces avi files. when i view on my computer get video and audio.. when on net just hear it. i am trying to convert to mpg thought that might work better for the net... but when i try your program it says not a video file or not compatible.?? why marv alpert@mail.com
