Picture trouble

i cant convert avi into mpeg movie.. well i right click on the movie icon i wanted to do it on and i went to convert to mpeg... waited for awhile until it was done converting the movie..all it was justa blank screen but you can hear sounds really good until the movie was over .. i didnt mess anything with the settings i just left it the way it was when it was installed any help would be nice thanks

There are many type of AVI ranging from divx, xvid, cinepak and etc. When you convert the avi video that was encoded with a specific codec, you will need to have the same codec install on your pc.

You can download a video inspector software to check the missing codec and perform a search for the codec at http://www.free-codecs.com .
