How to make .swf player that plays .flv file?

I've used VIDEOzilla to create a .flv file, but what about putting it up on a website? I also have to make the .swf that streams the .flv. Any suggestions on how to do that?

I'm trying out http://www.lvp-site.nl/flv/fplayer.txt right now but there's three things I don't like about it:
(1) it displays the filename at the top of the player; this is a waste of space (shouldn't be too hard to edit out if I go through the code...)
(2) if the user starts playing before the download is finished and they get to the end of all that has been downloaded, the video stops and must be replayed from the beginning! This one's awful!
(3) there's no progress bar indicating how far the video has been downloaded, and how far it has been played
