Combining multiple WMV's into 1 SWF?

I know you can select multiple WMV files and right-click on them to convert them to another format via VIDEOzilla, but it outputs the same number of files. Is there a way to combine them into one?


Sure, I could use Windows Media Player to combine them and then use VIDEOzilla to convert them to SWF, but I'm trying to save time here, of course.
