i have bought video zilla a little while ago i since have had to reboot my computer and cant seem to get it back can you help me.

hey thanks alot i have check my and i havent seen any thing obviously you have been trying and i am a idiot at my mail it happen alot. thanks for getting back i just havent heard any thing in my mail and got frustrate at my own accord . sorry. i will have to chat live and see why this is happening great customer service thanks again. have a great day.

yep my dumb fault my new version of yahoo mail was just getting rid of all my bulk instead of letting me see first. sorry for my attitude. have a great night and thanks again for you and your techs help.
