I'm having the exact same problem! The only option is "settings" and when I click okay, the "buy now" or "later" window appears. When I click "later," the window disappears and nothing else happens. No conversion, no matter how many times I try or how many different videos I try to convert. How are we supposed to decide whether or not we want to buy this software if we can't even try it out???

are regulare .mp3 files supported?
Even the player is grayed out for me.
I have tried .flv .swf .avi .vob .wma and .mp3.
All show up as grayed out. I have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled and rebooted again. same issue.
I am running a Intel Duo with 2 gigs of ram and 120 gig drive on Windows XP pro.
Why is this not working?

Hello,
The menu items will be disabled when unsupported video format is selected. Videozilla does not support audio format like MP3, WMA as input. Videozilla only support audio extraction from a video and save as audio MP3 and WAV. You may refer to
http://www.videozilla.net/formatscomparison.html for list of supported formats. Thank you
