Audio conversion not working

Can not convert video files to audio with videozilla. Always get the message 'file access error'. Can access the video inpector site; browser says site download unavailable today. ?????

Which input video format did you convert? Do you have Quicktime player installed on your PC? Is that possible for you to send the sample source video to us? Please send it to softdiv@gmail.com . We will need to inspect the source file. Thank you

I have several input formats. Some are quicktime downloads. Some are windows media downloads. And some are downloaded flash files that are converted to windows media by Quivic flash reader. There are many files that are causing problems. I will identify several examples. I thought the problem may have something to do with renants from the trial version videozilla but before the last reinstall I went to the program folder and removed files remaining after the control panel uninstall action. I didn't check the registry for renants there. Thank you. Could i be missing a codec that video inspector will reveal? I am using 32 bit vista home premium. Have quicktime 7.2 installed. Using Hp a1730n Athlon dual core 2.4 mghz with 2 gig mem with built in audio at motherboard with realtek hardware and drivers.

Tried snosh and that does convert the files. But I use Digital Music Mentor for analysing the files and it only will use mp3 or wav files. Audacity has the same input file requirements. So snosh will convert but it only plays as flash

If you click on the Export settings, you may see the MP3 and WAV output options. Make sure you check the MP3 and WAV check boxes before proceed to the conversion. Thank you
