"Video format unsupported" error

Postby coskun » Mon Jun 06, 2011 1:53 am

Hi,

I wanted to try the evaluation version of your software. However, if I want to click the "Options" button or click any kind of conversion buttons from the Windows Explorer context menu, I get the following error.

---------------------------
VIDEOzilla
---------------------------
Run-time error '-2147220731 (80040305)':

Video format unsupported.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I can provide you a list of installed codecs on the computer, if required.

The computer runs Windows Web Server 2008 R2 x64, having 16GB of memory and 2 Intel Xeon processors (a total of 16 cores).

Looking forward for your assistance.

Thank you.

I get the following error, only when I am logged in as a user
who is not an adminstrator.

-----------------------

Run-time error '-2147220731 (80040305)':

Video format unsupported.

----------------------

Please let me know how I can fix this.

Thanks,

Todd
