Converting .FLV to .MP3

Guys,
I am trying to convert a .flv file into .mp3 file through the command line. I ran the following command and got the invalid parameter error.

C:\convert /mp3 /file c:\Users\Ajuer\Desktop\New folder\test.flv
Invalid Parameter - /file

Need help in resolving the issue.

C:\convert command must point to the full path of the exe program eg. C:\Program Files\Videozilla\Convert
