I installed Snosh after trying every other video to flash convertor I could find and it's no different than any of the others. I try to input a 20 megabyte mpeg file and choose low quality output etc etc. All I get is a crash every time. I've installed all the latest codecs, newest Direct X and am on a very new Toshiba laptop running Windows XP Home. My conclusion is that none of the so called video to flash converters work.

The are many reasons why the conversion failed:

1) The source codec is not 100% supported. You will need to install another suitable codec.
2) The source has some broken frames or errors.
3) Quicktime player was not installed.
