Snosh 1.3 Launches

Snosh is now available as version 1.3. This version fixes run time bugs on the previous version. Snosh now allows custom file naming. Instead of using the input's filename, you can specify a different output filename. A new audio only player control skin has been added. In addition to bugs fixes and other enchancements, Snosh help file has been updated and recompiled into new "chm"format to replace the old "hlp"format that is no longer supported by the upcoming Windows Vista.
