Videozilla - batch processing

It would be nice to be able to set up a batch file to convert files from various location and to various formats. Right now if i have a bunch of files to convert, I have to put them all in one location, then convert them all with the same settings.

With some ability to create batch files we could have a file that listed the location of each file (or maybe just all files in various folders, like all *.mpg files in xxx folder) and tell videozilla which format we want to convert them to (Flash, AVI, ect) and then after we are all set up, run videozilla and have it process the batch file.
