PDF to Image Converter efficiency

I have the 1.1 version of the software above and I never got convert the original file (PDF) in JPG or BMP with the same resolution. I have tried all the possible settings combinations. I paid for it. What are your suggestions ? If you need I can send you the files: the original and "converted".
