During the trial use I have found your product superior to what I have been using so far.

However the other product I had been using (Blaze) was able to adjust the volume of each file while you were mixing, at the time of the mix ie- a voice file mixed with a music file for background. So far with your product I have to open a file individully change its volume, resave it, and then mix to the other file. Are there any short cuts I'm missing? If not can this be an added function in the next release?

Volume control for the mixing is not yet available in the current version. However we will be adding this feature in future release. Thank you

Do you have an estimate when the new release will be available? If I purchase the current version will I have to purchase again for the new version, or is it just an update?

Instead of adding new feature, the upcoming version 3.1 improves the compatibility with Vista. New features will be introduced in version 3.2 which will be available somewhere in October or November. Upgrades are free for a year.
