how do you mix two files at once

how do you mix two files at once example an instrumental with and accapella not merging the two but being able to copy certain parts of the accapella too the intrumental? on mixcraft all u do is drag another file onto the program. any help would be gratefull, thanks KT68

Hi, Dexster allows to mix audio from memory or from another audio file. To use the mixing feature, load one of the audio file. Once loaded, make selection of the waveform area to be mixed, click on Edit Menu -> Mix from File and select the second audio file. You may also select Mix if you have copied any audio into the memory. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you
