I determined why sound was at higher speed

So as a non proficient computer user I found my problem with the Helium sounding playback; I went into Control Panel and found my Realtek HD Audio Sound etc, and under Sound Effects, beneath the Karaoke button you can either speed up or slow down the sound. I brought it back to "0" and all is well, but read on in my next post
