Snosh 2.0 won't export my file

I recently had to reload my OS which is Windows XP and now that I have reinstalled Snosh, it won't export my file. What am I doing wrong?

I go through all the steps and when I click the export bar, it shows the progress window, but nothing happens, it just stays at zeros.

Ok I got it narrowed down to the overlay. It will not export with the overlay enabled. I have tried it with a jpg and a gif file and neither one will work. They are 72 dpi.

Please make sure the "include video on the output" check box is checked. You may find this option in Video settings. Thank you
