1. What kind of payment options are accepted?
We accept online payment through major credit cards eg. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Other offline options are via check, money order. We also accept Paypal.
2. I have not received the registered version?
Once your order is approved, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. In the confirmation email, it will contain a download link to the full version. Before installing the full version,please uninstall the trial version and some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder.

RoboOCR supports and recognizes more than 30 languages. Click on the Settings - Language and select the language you would like RoboOCR to support.
9. How do I use RoboOCR to recognize barcode?
Yes, RoboOCR can be used to recognize barcode. Click on the Settings - OCR and check the option to recognize barcode.
10. RoboOCR is not working properly?
RoboOCR runs on Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space. RoboOCR delivers near-perfect OCR accuracy however under certain conditions, the accuracy level may drop. Black text with common font style and white background will be resulting better OCR accuracy. You can also uncheck the barcode and line detection options under the Settings - OCR. This will improve the scanning accuracy.
11. What is RoboOCR refund policy?
RoboOCR is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs. Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explaination of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.

You can import BMP, JPG, and PNG image format for OCR recognition.
15. Can I save the extracted text as PDF file?
Yes. The processed text can be saved as PDF file format. Click on the Save button and select PDF document from the list.
