We accept online ordering through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB). Other offline options are through check, money order. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.
2. Where is my registered version?
Once your order is approved, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. In the confirmation email, it will contain a download link to the full version. Before installing the full version,please uninstall the trial version and some old files you will need to remove it manually from the installation folder.

All purchase is entitle to receive unlimited upgrades for a year. Just send an upgrade request to softdiv@softdivshareware.com to claim the free upgrade when there is a new version available.

As long as your purchase is still within a year, you can always get the latest version at no cost.

Click on Start Windows - Program Files - Videozilla - Uninstall .

9. File not supported?
Currently Videozilla only support input from video formats; QT, MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, M4V, 3G2, FLV, DAT, WebM, OGV, OGM, VOB, F4V, MTS, M2T, M2TS, TS, and MKV. If Videozilla prompt message "File format not supported", please make sure:
i) Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your pc
ii) The required video and audio codecs has installed on your pc.
iii) The video file is not corrupted
iv) The video file is not in protected mode
v) There is not other software currently playing / using the video file
vi) The Real Player has been installed on your pc

Currently Videozilla only support input from video formats; QT, MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, M4V, 3G2, FLV, DAT, WebM, OGV, OGM, VOB, F4V, MTS, M2T, M2TS, TS, and MKV. If Videozilla prompt message "File format not supported", please make sure:

Make sure you have computer has installed with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space for the best performance. Secondly, make sure there is no other application that is playing or opening the audio file that you trying to edit at the same time.
12. What is your refund policy?
Videozilla is offerred as free trial so that users can try before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting to software bugs within our software. All refund request must provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.
13. How do I know that there is a new version available?

15. My credit card has declined, what can be the problem?
This can be due to a few reasons. Please make sure that you have enter a valid postal code, address, country, state, card number, expiration month/year and etc. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.
16. Where to find audio and video codecs?
The best place to look for require video and audio codecs if through the video source vendor. Else, download a video inspector software and check what video/audio codecs is missing then perform a search in search engine.
17. Where is the converted file stored?
By default all the converted video will be stored at "C:\Converted Video" . In case you cannot remember where you have set the output folder as, run the options dialog form and check the text field value for the converted video directory.
18. I cannot play the converted flash?
Make sure you have installed the Flash 8 Player from Adobe website. The following show the flash player version require to playback the flash format type.
