4. I have purchased iVideoMAX in the past, how do
I upgrade to the latest version?
All purchase is entitle to receive unlimited upgrades for
a year. Just send an upgrade request to softdiv@softdivshareware.com
to claim your free upgrade when there is a new version available.
Currently iVideoMAX only support input from video formats;
MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, and ASF. Make sure that:
Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your
pc
The required video and audio codecs has installed on your
pc.
The video file is not corrupted
The video file is not in protected mode
There is not other software currently playing / using
the video file
The Real Player has been installed on your pc
Please note that some video files will need to have proper
video/audio codec installed before it can be played or converted.
To make sure that you have installed the required video files,
you can:
Check with the video source vendor
Install a video inspector software to check which codecs
is missing
Some non-standard video eg. from a digital camera may fail
to convert into another format. We are improving the support
of this non-standard video from time to time.
Make sure you have update your ASPI driver. In the installation
folder of iVideoMAX, run Aspi.EXE and install.Reboot your pc
after the installation. Send us your drive model if the drive
is still not supported. We will make it supported by the next
release.
11. I have tried to use iVideoMAX but is not working
properly?
Make sure you have computer has installed with Windows 98se,
ME, XP, NT, 2000, or 2003 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB
hard disk space for the best performance. Secondly, make sure
there is no other application that is playing or opening the
audio file that you trying to edit at the same time.
iVideoMAX is offerred as free trial so that users can try
before they purchase to determine whether the software is suit
their needs.Therefore our refund guarantee is only limiting
to software bugs within our software. All refund request must
provide a screenshot or detail explationation of "software
failure" as a proof. We also deserve the rights to reject
refund request that we suspected is a fraud request.
13. How do I know that there is a new version available?
Upon your purchase, you will be automatically added to our
newsletter mailing list. We will notify you through our newsletter
when there is a new version available.
15. My credit card has declined, what can be the problem?
This can be due to a few reasons. Please make sure that you
have enter a valid postal code, address, country, state, card
