Cutting out clicks

I want to put my records on to disc. Will it be possible to get rid of the surface noises? Would I do this after the music has been recorded or is it done during the recording? I would greatly appreciate any advice on this topic.

You can try different types of filters to reduce the noises. However, perfect solution is not available. Thank you
