Please, how do I remove a cough in a WAV file?

I have recently bought a ZOOM H2 digital recorder (great device!) and recorded a string quartet concert.

I have loaded one of the movements in Dexster and amplified it. It sounds great but there is one annoying cough towards the end of the piece. Please can anyone advise how I set about removing it?
