Web site photos.

I'm trying to compress pictures using snosh, to post on my web site. If I don't compress them, and load them as they are, they load very slowly. What (flash ?) should I use? And why do I see only a black rectangle once I've compressed the photo and saved it.?
Please advice.

Try download the flash player plugin for your browser at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflash . When export, is recomended to use Flash MX . Thanks
