Converting avi to swf

I have an avi, aprox 43MB at 1024x768 in size that I ran through the converter to 800 x 600 swf

Only half of the file was converted - is there any reason for this?

SWF has the 16 000 frames limitation. Please check the number of frames of your AVI video. Thanks
