FLV Quality Settings

We are considering buying the full version of VIDEOzilla to convert to FLVs as an alternative to Squeeze, but I was curious if there is any way to edit the conversion quality settings for FLV files. You have the presets but it would be nice if the user could specify the bitrate for the video and audio, dimensions, etc, more on par with the configurable settings for AVI and MPEG files. Is there anything on the backlog to incorporate this in a future release?
