video not converting

i used the trial version with no problem, then got the registered version and it seems that only the audio is converting, no video.

any suggestions??

You AVI will require MJPEG (Motion JPEG) video codec. Please try to download and install FFDSHOW at http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm . After the installation, try to reconvert and see. Thanks
