Conversion .avi to .wmv

In general, I am experiencing great success and versatility with VIDEOzilla. However, when I attempt to convert a .avi file to .wmv output the progress window appears inactive on my desktop; the conversion never completes.

I have no other problems with DivX playback, just the conversion of .avi to .wmv with VIDEOzilla.

Can you assist?

This show that your pc is missing the required codec to complete the task. It can be the audio or video codec. If you are decoding divx avi, please upgrade your divx to the latest version. There are several issue with the previous version of divx. Alternatively, please click on Start Windows, All Programs, Divx, Divx Codec, Decoder Configuration Utility. Click on OK to close the Decoder Configuration Utility and try to convert again. Thank you
