Same Problem

I purchased the full version and uninstalled the trial version using the Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. I didn't see a folder in C:\Program Files called Videozilla. Are there other cleanup folders that I can remove? I'm currently unable to use the application since it believes my trial is expired!

If the installation folder eg. C:\Program Files\Videozilla is not exists, you just need to proceed with the full version installation. Please contact support@videozilla.net if you need further assistance. Thank you

I have the same problem. I admit that when I first downloaded the file that I didn't have all the program removed but when I tried to go back and redownload the link, it stated that the page did not exist.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
