Vista - unable to edit .ini file

Can someone pls help me? I am trying to change the MP3 audio from stereo to mono. However, the .ini files does not allow me to change the MP3 output. I have the error message when I try to save the .ini file:

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\VIDEOzilla\settings.ini file. Make sure that the path and file name is the same.

I am using Vista and I suspect this OS is giving me problems.

Hello,

In Vista, you are not allowed to modify the files in program folder. Please goto C:\users\username\appdata\local\virtualstore\Program Files\Videozilla . You should be able to find the settings.ini file there. Please open and edit the settings.ini file. Thank you
