Snosh working problems

Hello, I recently purchased your last version of Snosh.

At the current time I'm not able to let it work because anytime I try to load a video or image files I only receive a message of codec error and a warning window is displayed. It happened on two diffent PCs, as I tried to let your application work at least on one computer. But it was not possible.

My computer has all the basic technical requirements your application needs to work. Besides, Windows Media Player, Real Player and Quick Time are implemented on it.

For your information:

1) O.S. is Windows 2000 (S.P. 4)

2) Quick Time versione is 7

3) DirectX is 9c

What's wrong with your application or with me?

There are several reasons why the source file is not recognized. Probably your PC is missing the decoder to support the source file. If possible, please send the source file to us. Please send it to softdiv@gmail.com. We will inspect and provide necessary advice. Thank you
