How to format .flv to .mov

Hi,

I have a test version of videozilla. I want to convert .flv file to any kind of program that I can watch on my computer. Videozilla seems to not recognize that file, becouse when you try to convert, videozilla shows "invisible" format to convert. Can you help me.
