Windows Explorer Context Menu problem with Videozilla

I have installed Videozilla 2.5 on my PC.
When I select a .wmv file and then right-click, the context menu with 'Convert To' appears.
However, as soon as I select 'Convert To', a Windows Explorer error message pops up and PC goes limbo.
I have to initiate Task Manager to end the task.

My OS is Windows XP Pro (with all updates).

Somebody, pl. help.
