Hoping to convert an MP4 to FLA, not FLV?

I'm looking to convert a simple video (no sound) to a flash file. I want a nice-foolproof display of this clip on a webpage.

I don't want the controls that I understand you have to have with an FLV file.

I have the latest Flash product.

Will videozilla do this?

Videozilla does not support fla format. Actually you may consider to use SWF format for your purpose. It will be able to perform what you are looking for. Thank you
