1. Do you provide support for free version?
Unfortunately we don't provide support for free version. Support is only available for Pro edition.
2. What are the recomended system requirements for Photopus ?
Windows XP,2000,2003, 2008, Vista, 7, 8, 10 with at least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB harddisk space.
3. How do I uninstall Photopus?
Click on Start Windows - Program Files - Photopus - Uninstall .
4. How do I use Photopus to perform batch processing?

We've created tutorials page for Photopus at http://www.softdivshareware.com/photopustutorials.html . This will help you to learn using Photopus.

5. I have tried to use Photopus but is not working properly?
Make sure you have computer installed with Windows XP, 2000, 2003, 2008, Vista, 7, 8, 10 with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space for the best performance. Secondly, make sure there is no other application that is currently accessing the image file that you trying to edit at the same time.
6. I need some tutorials how to use Photopus .
You can always check our Photopus online tutorials at http://www.softdivshareware.com/photopustutorials.html . We will update the tutorials page from time to time.
7. Where is the processed image stored?

By default all the processed image will be saved at "C:\Photopus" . In case you cannot remember where you have set the output folder as, Click on File menu and select Open Output Folder.
